CUSTOMER CARE

NOTICE: As required by federal law, firearms may only be shipped to a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

REMEMBER: It is your responsibility as a potential gun owner to know and follow all applicable Federal, State and Local laws as they pertain to firearms ownership and purchase.

Buying online is simple and quick. Follow this step by step for your convenience:

When buying online you are merely placing a hold on that item and the transaction is only complete after filling out your paperwork with your local FFL.  SGBrokers accepts all major credit cards, money orders and cash, sorry no personal checks.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, once a FIREARM is paid for.  We will only supply STORE CREDIT if your item cannot be attained from a supplier.

Once SGBrokers has received your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. You the customer must then contact your local FFL via email or phone to get them to send over their FFL License so that SGBrokers can initiate the sale and then have the firearm shipped to the FFL of your choosing.

At your request SGBrokers will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state.

  • It is your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.

  • It is your responsibility to contact the FFL dealer.

  • Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase.

This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. You do not pay SGBrokers the transfer fee. By purchasing a firearm from us you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.

You the buyer are responsible for forwarding a copy of the FFL and all pertinent contact information to SGBrokers

Once the waiting period has expired (10 days for California residents) return to SGBrokers or your FFL to take possession of your firearm. Please contact SGBrokers to schedule your pick up.

(CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY)

Abandoned Product/Product Ownership:

Once a firearm transfer is received by Small Gun Brokers, the company will make reasonable attempts to contact the Transferee.  If Transferee does not claim product or contact Small Gun Brokers to make other arrangements within 30 calendar days, or if the product(s) cannot be transferred due to DROS delay/denial, Small Gun Brokers may choose to ship the product back to the sender via COD.  The COD amount will include any transfer fee(s), rescheduling fee(s), shipping and handling fee(s) – minimum $100.00 per item. If the sender does not accept the package, does not pay the COD amount, or the package is returned to Small Gun Brokers for whatever the reason, the product(s) will become property of Small Gun Brokers after a total of 30 days from the original date it was received. The Transferee will not receive payment for the product’s value, and the product(s) ownership and any value held is then transferred to Small Gun Brokers, which may disposition the firearm at its discretion.
